Will I be asked to leave a Trust Pilot review?

Although we have been supplying SportCount to customers throughout Europe since 2008 we have recently launched our new site and created a TrustPilot account. We would be grateful if you could take a moment to leave us a positive review. Can I change my own battery?

Changing your battery can be tricky so we would recommend that you ask a good quality jeweller to change your battery. Please remember to remind them to ensure the waterproof seal is maintained. Should you decide to change your own battery you can do so by carefully unscrewing the four screws on the back and removing the plastic gasket. Once you have replaced the battery, carefully fit the gasket and tighten the screws. You must ensure the gasket is correctly fitted and the screws are tightened to ensure a waterproof seal is achieved.

Which type of battery do I need?

It is possible to replace your battery with a CR1216, CR2016 or CR2032 battery. You can do this yourself or you may wish to ask a jeweller. Either way, please ensure the waterproof seal is maintained – see FAQ for details of how to change your battery. Since the specific battery required depends upon the specific SportCount model that you have, please check your instructions before proceeding. Instructions can be downloaded from this FAQ section.

Do you have a Privacy Policy?

When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number (s). We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase.  We may use this information to send you details or special offers relating to products that we feel you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive this information please contact us. Rest assured we do not disclose private information to third parties. You can read our privacy poilicy here.

What if something goes wrong with my SportCount?

Your SportCount has a one-year warranty. In the unlikely event that it develops a fault, please return it for inspection under warranty. You can return your purchase within 14 business days. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging. SportCount Europe will make every effort to replace or refund you within 14 days.

Will I be charged for shipping?

UK orders are charged £0.00 and are shipped using Royal Mail’s ‘Second Class’ service. Delivery will normally take place within 1-3 working days.

European orders are charged £0.00 and are shipped by Royal Mail’s ‘Airmail’ service. Delivery will normally take place within 5-7 working days.

Should you wish to upgrade you can choose to use our ‘Signed for Service’.  For UK orders, the cost of this service is £2.50.  Please allow 1-2 working days.  Worldwide orders are charged £10.00 and are shipped by Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ service.  Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.  Tracking reference numbers are available upon request.

Where possible, orders placed before 3pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following working day.. The Coronavirus Pandemic has caused some occasional delays – we understand your eagerness to receive your brand new SportCount (we’d feel the same!) but please be patient while it makes its way to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, an established and secure online payments system. This means we do not keep a record of your credit card details. Please be aware that you do not need to create a PayPal account to complete your secure purchase.
